Our apprenticeships are available for a range of roles which provide you with the development and support you need to progress your career.
Join us as an apprentice and:

Support and Training
Structured learning: Approximately 20% of your working week will be dedicated to completing your apprenticeship.
Qualifications: Choose from a variety of qualifications ranging from Level 2 (equivalent to GCSE) to Level 5 (equivalent to a degree), tailored to suit your career aspirations and interests.
Personalised support: HIT professional trainers will work with you to create a personalised learning and development plan. They'll meet with you regularly and provide all the necessary support to help you successfully complete your apprenticeship.
Looking for a kitchen role?
Our apprentices have the chance to join our Chef Academy, where you'll participate in practical cookery workshops and a blend of online and onsite learning. Immerse yourself in a supportive environment and hone your skills alongside fellow apprentices.
