The beef is slow-braised to perfection in Corvus Stout, allowing the deep, malty flavours of the stout to infuse the meat. Paired with a comforting mix of root vegetables and orzo, this dish delivers a satisfying, flavourful experience. The vibrant tarragon pesto provides a fresh, herbaceous finish that complements the rich stew beautifully.
