The single-hopping technique with Amarillo hops creates a floral, citrus, and almost orange-peel aroma of this variety. The palate starts with a gentle caramel sweetness from the malt and tropical flavours from the hops, a brilliant ale to enjoy in the sunshine, and pairs perfectly with delicate cheeses like Burrata, Brie and Camembert. 

The ingredients used in this beer include specialty malts such as Caragold and Munich malts and Amarillo hops.
