Here at Wadworth we’re proud of our past and fired up by our future as we begin a new chapter under the stewardship of managing director, and 5th generation descendant, Toby Bartholomew.

Here, our first film sets out Toby’s future vision and what you can look forward to in the coming months and years.
Brewing and delivering quality is at the heart of what we do at Wadworth.
We have 19 managed pubs and over 130 tenanted pubs; creating brilliant experiences for our guests is our aim.
We're proud to be an independent family business and to be a key part of the community in Devizes, Wiltshire.
These are extraordinary times and we thank all our teams for all their hard work and loyalty.

Food glorious food
We’re delighted to share with you our second film, which aims to show you our passion for great food in our pubs, the support that’s given to our teams and the importance we place on sourcing quality ingredients from partners who share our values.
Our Executive Development Chef Andrew Scott [who has worked in several Michelin starred restaurants as well as appearing on BBC2’s Great British Menu], talks us through his role and his vision for food in Wadworth pubs.

Quality beer, welcoming pubs, one team
From the point our beer leaves our brewery, to the moment our customers enjoy their perfect pint in one of our pubs, you can be assured we take pride in every step of the process.
We still deliver our beer to local Devizes Wadworth pubs on the dray pulled by our Shire Horse (Sam) and we have a Beer Quality Manager (Chris) who supports our pub teams deliver great quality beer every time.
In our third film, let us take you on that journey and also hear from one of our general managers (Michael Dobbin at the Bear Hotel), and one of our business partners (Sarah Williams at The Crown), about what makes a Wadworth pub so special, and how we work as a team to make sure everyone has the best experience.

We are proud to conclude our film series with a round up of what we're about here at Wadworth. Our MD Toby has shown our passion for brewing and our excitement for the future in the 1st film; we've given some insight into our commitment to providing excellent food in our pubs and supporting local suppliers in film 2; we've taken you on the journey of the perfect pint in film 3 and in our 4th film we now shine a spotlight on three essential parts of Wadworth... our Shire Horses, the Sign Shop and the Brewery Tap & Shop.
We hope you have enjoyed seeing behind the scenes and meeting some of the people who make Wadworth unique. We appreciate all our team in the brewery, at head office, the brewery tap & shop, and in our managed and tenanted pubs. We are grateful for the support and loyalty of our customers. Thank you to each and every one of you!
