Wadworth Vouchers Terms & Conditions

A Wadworth gift voucher is valid for 1-year from the date of purchase.
Wadworth reserves the right not to replace any unregistered Gift Vouchers that are lost or stolen. You can register your Gift Voucher here: https://gifts.wadworth.co.uk/register
Wadworth Gift Vouchers can be used in our Wadworth participating managed pubs, please see https://www.wadworth.co.uk/find-a-pub/managed-pubs for a full list of our managed pubs or online at https://shop.wadworth.co.uk/
Our Gift Vouchers can’t be exchanged for any monetary value.
Our Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against anything sold in our managed pubs up to the value displayed within the Digital Gift Voucher email or the Physical Gift Voucher receipt.
You do not need to use all the Gift Voucher balance at one time, you can split payment between Gift Voucher and payment card or cash. If you don’t spend the full value of your Gift Voucher, the remaining value can be used another time, as long as it falls within the 1-year period from date of purchase.
Wadworth reserves the right to refuse payment by Gift Voucher.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
Tours must be booked in advance by calling 01380 732277 or emailing brewerytap@wadworth.co.uk.
Vouchers must be presented (printed or digital) on the day of the tour for redemption.
Tours run every Friday at 2pm and 4pm, subject to availability.
Each tour has a maximum capacity of 12 participants.
Participants must be 18 years or older. Valid id may be required.
Bookings can be amended up to 48 hours in advance by contacting us directly.
Missed bookings or cancellations within 48 hours are non refundable.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Participants must follow all health and safety instructions provided by their tour guide.
The brewery reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol or behaving inappropriately.
Beer and merchandise purchases after the tour are not included in the voucher price.
