We also delivery gift cards which can be purchased and used in the same way. 

Yes we do! If you order a physical gift card we will do our very best to dispatch your order within 48hrs of ordering during weekdays. Please note this is not always possible throughout our busy periods such as Christmas & Bank Holidays.

Yes, our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date will be clearly stated on the voucher.

Yes, you can use the balance of your gift voucher across multiple visits, provided there’s remaining credit. Keep your voucher code safe, as you’ll need it each time you redeem it.

If you’ve lost your gift voucher, please contact our customer support team. If you provide proof of purchase, we may be able to reissue the voucher.

Unfortunately, gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
